What type of information we have We hold your name, address, email, contact phone number and any details collated on the Rider Registration form provided during the process of making booking, including height and weight.
How we get the information and why we do we have itWe collect this information from the details that are provided to us by the person that makes the booking on your behalf.We collect this information so we know who is coming to ride and have contact details for you in case there is an issue. We also need to hold your booking details for tax and other legal reasons.We are relying on your consent to hold this information, you can withdraw your consent by writing to us at the above address.
What we do with the information We hold this information purely for purposes of resolving any issues with your booking and for tax and legal purposes. We do not share your information with any other organisation.
How we store your informationWe retain your information in an email or on a hard copy of your booking and keep for approx. 7 years due to our tax and legal obligations. The information is then destroyed securely.
